THE ACLU USES THE “CIVIL LIBERTIES” BANNER AS A COVER
FOR AN EXTREME LEFTIST SOCIAL AGENDA
Examples: Unlimited abortion; “gay” adoptions; “kiddie” porn; and the total extirpation of Christianity from public life. They have therefore become a rallying organization for apostate Jews who vigorously oppose Christianity.
They are succeeding because they have chapters in every state with thousands of lawyers supporting them. Every day the ACLU sues governments, businesses and defenseless citizens. If they do not find support for their agenda in the Constitution then “forget the Constitution.”
Central strategy: Disempowering or dominating the training institutions--family, church and school. Attacking private property and free enterprise using a coercive government. Separating children from the influence of religion, which was a specific teaching and goal of the Marxists and an expressed purpose of the Communist Party in the United States as reported by William Murray. (Murray vs Catlett, 1963)
Some of the anti-American heritage agenda of the ACLU showing extremism:
(1) Holds that restricting child pornography is censorship but politically correct campus “speech codes” are not.
(2) Opposes most crime control measures and defends terrorists and spies.
(3) Supports tax exemptions for Satanists but opposes it for Christian churches.
(4) Supports unqualified rentals with no restrictions even if the renter is a convicted rapist or felon.
(5) Led the smear campaign against Robert Bork because he was a very great threat to their agenda in the Supreme Court.
(6) ACLU leadership has identified themselves as the “legal branch of the radical feminists.” They are also in agreement in their views with the PAW and the NEA.
(7) Opposes abstinence and school chastity programs but supports polygamy and the whole agenda of the sex educators and abortionists.
(8) Its concept of “economic justice” opposes the Constitutional guarantee of private property.
(9) Supports public drunkenness and complete freedom of movement and domicile for the homeless as “civil liberties.” (This has been called “rightsmongering.”)
(10) Claims to support free speech but advocates government control of “talk radio” including the Rush Limbaugh, G. Gordon Liddy, and Michael Reagan shows.
(11) Seeks to eliminate all crosses from public display but supported the “crucifix in urine” as a work of art because it was blasphemous and obscene, not religious.
(12) Opposes most parental rights, such as school choice, a right to notification on their teenager’s abortion, or their child’s exposure to the distribution of condoms and a gay rights curriculum, but supports children’s rights to watch pornography.
